Pricing questions
What does 'net collections' mean?
The money actually collected on your claims during the period, after refunds and recoupments. Our 6–7% applies only to that.
Why a range of 6–7%?
The rate depends on your specialty mix, claim volume and scope of work. We confirm it in writing before you sign.
Is the IDR fee charged if we lose?
No. The 10% applies only to amounts recovered through No Surprises Act disputes. Federal IDR fees set by CMS are separate and paid to the government and IDR entity.
Are there setup or exit fees?
No setup fees, no monthly retainer, no software fees and no early termination fees.
