AI in RCM

AI that speeds up recovery, with a person signing off.

AI is good at spotting patterns across thousands of claims. It is not licensed to code, and it does not know your payer contracts. Our model: software flags and drafts, a credentialed coder or AR specialist decides.

Safeguards

Human in the loop, by design.

No AI output is submitted to a payer without review by a credentialed person.

  • PHI is processed only by vendors under a signed Business Associate Agreement.
  • Minimum-necessary data: models see only the fields a task needs.
  • No use of practice data to train third-party public models.
  • Every AI suggestion is logged with the reviewer who accepted or rejected it.
  • Coding decisions follow CPT, ICD-10-CM and NCCI rules, not model output.
